How long do visits take?

Please plan for approximately 75 minutes for an initial visit. Follow up visits are either 25 or 45 minutes, depending on your treatment plan.
Do you accept insurance?

No, this is a self-pay practice. Not accepting insurance allows for high-quality, personalized care without insurance constraints, focusing instead on your well-being. A superbill can be generated upon request, which may allow for insurance reimbursement for your visit cost.
How much does a visit cost?

Initial visit (75 minutes): $395 Long follow up (45 minutes): $275 Short follow up (25 minutes): $200
Where do you provide services?

Holistic Behavioral Health of Iowa is a telehealth-only practice for individuals located anywhere in Iowa.
Does your practice see children or teens?

No, we are currently accepting patients 18 years and older.
How do I schedule an appointment?

Please fill out your contact information in the Become a Patient tab and you will receive the initial clinic paperwork at the email address you provide. After this information is received, you will be contacted to schedule an initial appointment.
